Terms of Use
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These Terms explain the rules for using the High Context website and taking part in the open community, events and other High Context activity currently available.
01About High Context
High Context is a professional community for experienced communications professionals.
The High Context website and its current community activities are operated by TURN HEADS GLOBAL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16537569.
These Terms apply to your use of the High Context website and to the open community activity, content and events made available through it.
High Context Membership is a separate paid product planned to open in March 2027. Paid Membership, programmes or other paid services may have additional terms that will be shown before someone applies, registers or pays for them.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms.
02Using the website
Please use the High Context website lawfully and in good faith.
Do not:
- try to disrupt, damage or interfere with the website or its security;
- try to access private systems, records or areas that are not intended for you;
- submit forms or information in someone else’s name without permission;
- knowingly provide false or misleading information;
- use automated tools to scrape or systematically extract information from the website.
Please make sure that information you submit to High Context is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
03Joining High Context
The current Join High Context form is a community sign-up, not an application for paid Membership.
Submitting the form allows us to keep you connected with High Context activity and send you the updates described on the form and in our Privacy Policy.
Joining through the current website form:
- does not create a paid High Context Membership;
- does not create a Circle account;
- does not create an obligation to purchase Membership later;
- does not guarantee access to every future event, programme or experience.
High Context Membership will have a separate application and onboarding process when it opens.
04Open activity, Membership and programmes
High Context currently operates an open layer that may include community conversations, public content, High Context Voices, updates and selected events.
Taking part in this open activity does not make someone a paid High Context member.
High Context Membership is a separate paid, curated product planned to open in March 2027. Its features, price, application process and applicable terms will be explained before anyone commits to Membership.
High Context may also offer separate programmes and experiences focused on particular career or professional needs. Some of these may be separately priced, and any price and relevant conditions will be shown before registration or purchase.
High Context community meetups are free to attend.
05Community expectations
High Context is built around professional, respectful and useful interaction.
When taking part in High Context conversations, community spaces or events, please:
- treat other people respectfully;
- respect the privacy and confidentiality of conversations that are clearly intended to be private;
- do not screenshot, forward or publicly share confidential conversations without permission;
- do not use High Context to harvest contact details or build marketing, recruiting or sales lists;
- do not send unsolicited sales or promotional messages to people because you found them through High Context;
- do not scrape, copy or systematically extract participant or community information;
- do not harass, threaten or deliberately disrupt other participants.
These expectations apply to both online and in-person High Context spaces.
High Context may restrict or remove someone’s access to a community space or event where these expectations are seriously or repeatedly breached.
06Events
High Context organises and promotes in-person and online events.
High Context community meetups are free to attend, although places may be limited and registration may be required.
Event details, including timing, venue and capacity, may change where reasonably necessary. We will try to communicate significant changes to registered attendees.
Some registrations are handled through external platforms such as Luma. When you register through an external platform, its own terms and privacy practices also apply.
Separate High Context programmes or experiences that are not community meetups may be paid. Any applicable price, cancellation conditions or other specific terms will be shown before booking.
07Content and intellectual property
The High Context name, branding, website design and original website materials are owned by or licensed to High Context / TURN HEADS GLOBAL LTD.
You may view and share links to publicly available High Context content, but please do not reproduce, republish or commercially use substantial parts of the website, branding or original materials without permission.
Content created by contributors, speakers or other third parties remains subject to the rights of its respective owner.
Where someone contributes material specifically for publication by High Context, any additional publication or usage arrangements may be agreed separately.
08Privacy
How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy covers, among other things, information submitted through the Join High Context form, email updates, website analytics and the services we use to administer the community.
09External links and services
The High Context website links to third-party websites and services including LinkedIn, Instagram and Luma.
These services are outside High Context’s control and operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
A link from High Context does not mean that we are responsible for the availability, content or operation of the external service.
10Professional information and liability
High Context provides a space for professional discussion, peer perspectives, community activity and information.
We do not guarantee particular career, business or professional outcomes from taking part in High Context.
Advice or opinions shared by other participants, contributors or speakers are their own. You remain responsible for your own professional and personal decisions.
We take reasonable care to keep the website and information we publish available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or completely up to date.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11Changes to High Context or these Terms
High Context is still developing, so the website, community formats, Membership, programmes and services may change over time.
We may update these Terms when the way High Context operates changes.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were most recently changed.
Where a future paid Membership, programme or service requires additional contractual terms, those terms will be provided separately before purchase or commitment.
12Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.
